SPDR S&P 500 ETF (Ondo Tokenized ETF) (SPYON) is a token issued by Ondo Finance that tracks the SPDR S&P 500 ETF (SPY), a fund that follows the 500 large US companies in the S&P 500 index. Dividends are reinvested, so the token aims to reflect the total return of holding SPY.
It is part of Ondo Global Markets, which lets eligible users mint and redeem tokenized US stocks and ETFs around the clock on weekdays, backed by the underlying shares.
