About Kyber Network Crystal v2
Kyber Network Crystal (KNC) is the token of Kyber Network, a decentralized liquidity project founded in 2017 by Loi Luu and Victor Tran. Its main product, KyberSwap, is a DEX aggregator that routes trades across many exchanges on multiple chains to find better prices, and also runs its own liquidity pools.
KNC holders can stake it in KyberDAO to vote on protocol decisions and earn a share of fees. In November 2023 a flaw in KyberSwap Elastic pools was exploited for about 48 million dollars, after which the team wound down that product and restructured.
