Arcblock (ABT) is the token of ArcBlock, a blockchain development platform founded in 2017 that held its token sale in early 2018. ArcBlock provides tools for building and deploying decentralized applications, with a focus on decentralized identity, its own chain framework and, more recently, AI-related developer tools.
The ecosystem includes components such as the Blocklet platform for packaging and running apps and the DID Wallet for managing identity. ABT is used to pay for services, stake within ArcBlock networks and reward participants, and exists as an ERC-20 token on Ethereum.
