OpenLedger (OPEN) is the token of OpenLedger, a blockchain for building and tracking specialised AI models and the data used to train them. Its central idea is attribution: recording which datasets and contributors influenced a model's output, so that they can be credited and paid.
Users contribute data to shared datasets, developers train and deploy models on them, and rewards flow back to contributors when models are used. OPEN pays network fees, rewards data and model contributors, and is used for governance.
