Pudgy Penguins (PENGU) is the token tied to Pudgy Penguins, one of the best-known NFT collections in crypto. The original collection of 8,888 cartoon penguin NFTs launched on Ethereum in 2021 and was later rebuilt into a consumer brand with toys sold in major retail stores, animated content and a large social media following.
PENGU launched on Solana in December 2024 with one of the largest airdrops of that year, distributed to NFT holders and to many wallets across the crypto community.
