About Ultima
Ultima (ULTIMA) is the token of the Ultima ecosystem, launched in 2023. It runs on its own delegated proof-of-stake blockchain, which the project says can handle around 2,000 transactions per second with blocks every three seconds.
The ecosystem includes DeFi-U, a staking product, a marketplace and plans for a crypto debit card, exchange and travel services. Ultima says it has millions of users worldwide. The project has a very small circulating supply and a high price per token, and some of its promotional model has drawn skepticism.
