About The Innovation Game
The Innovation Game (TIG) is the token of a network that turns proof of work into a tool for algorithm research. Instead of hashing, participants called benchmarkers run algorithms against computational challenges, and innovators submit new or improved algorithms for those challenges.
Algorithms that are adopted by benchmarkers earn rewards for their creators, creating an open market for algorithmic improvements in areas such as optimisation and scientific computing. TIG is used to reward benchmarkers and innovators and operates on Base.
