About Folks Finance
FOLKS (FOLKS) is the token of Folks Finance, a decentralized lending protocol that started on Algorand and later expanded to many chains, including Ethereum, Avalanche, Arbitrum, Polygon and BNB Chain. Users can supply assets to earn interest and borrow against their collateral.
Its cross-chain design uses messaging systems such as Chainlink CCIP, Circle CCTP and Wormhole, so users can deposit on one chain and borrow on another without wrapping or manually bridging tokens. The FOLKS token is used for governance, staking and incentives within the protocol.
