Rain (RAIN) is the token of a decentralized options and prediction market protocol built on Arbitrum. Anyone can create a market on almost any question or event and let others trade on the outcome, without needing permission from a central operator.
Public markets on Rain are settled by an AI-based oracle agent, while private markets let their creators decide the result, which suits communities and groups that run their own predictions. The protocol supports trading positions before a market closes and uses account abstraction so users can interact without dealing with complicated wallet steps.
RAIN has a deflationary design: a share of trading volume is used to buy back and burn tokens. Holders also govern the protocol through a DAO, voting on changes to fees and other parameters.
